Good morning! We have noticed an issue with Special Areas for today. Since it’s the last day of the semester, Special Area classes have been archived in Schoology. Students can still access them!
You are invited to join us on Wednesday, January 29th for a human trafficking awareness event entitled, "Not On Our Watch", beginning at 5:00 PM in our cafeteria. We hope to see many members of our community for this informative session presented by the Life Crisis Center.
Pocomoke Middle School Families there will be WiFi and academic support at the food distribution today! NMBC on Young St. at 1:00 and Victoria Apartment Area at 2:00. Refer to the flyer posted on Facebook and Class Dojo.
As road conditions are anticipated to worsen overnight and due to the previously scheduled early dismissal days, WCPS will hold virtual learning days on January 23rd and 24th. Students should log-on to Schoology according to their regular schedule. All afterschool, evening, and Adult Education classes are cancelled.

- All students should log-in to Schoology at their regular reporting time. Middle and high school students will follow their regular schedules, and elementary students should log in to their homeroom for more information from their teacher.

VIRTUAL LEARNING Quick Facts:
- Please note that no student will be penalized for not being able to access remote learning. Students will have five (5) days after a return to in-person learning to complete any assigned work; completing that work will count for their attendance on the virtual day.

We are thrilled to welcome students to week 2 of our programs!! This week, we will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday due to the 1/2 days. For the remainder of the session, I will be highlighting one of our fabulous groups.
Today, we highlight and thank the leaders of Sew Creative. Mrs. Browne our 5th grade ELA teacher, Mrs. Dennis our Community School Liaison, and Mrs. Barb Barga our community partner from the University of Maryland 4-H Program led this group. Students are working to plan, design, and create hats during their first session.
