Students in Mrs. Mcdowell's class reviewed for the upcoming MCAP math test by placing, comparing, and finding equivalent fractions on a number line. They also measured angles with a protractor and played MATH BINGO, solving problems from the practice test. Who says reviewing can't be fun??

Keenan was the "Star Student of the Day" today. He helped custodians by picking up the benches at the tables while leaving the cafeteria. What a nice thing to do!


Keenan used his golden coin to get a book about dinosaurs! 🦕 He loves to read about them!

PreK-4 celebrate spring with their own Color Word book! During media class, children match the letters in the book to the reference chart of color words, then color their butterfly. Some bonus words like "stripes" and "dots" are a fun addition with room for creativity!

Angie Rankin was named one of Salisbury University's Outstanding Mentors at last night's PDS Celebration! We are so fortunate to have her on our staff! Her passion for growing new teachers is unmatched! Way to go!!


Students in Mrs.Lovell's fourth grade class learned about fossils from Salisbury University intern, Michael Scott. Students had fun creating their own fossil imprint out of clay.




Kal is the "Shining Star of the Day" today. During after school academy, he helped Ms. Dale clean a huge pencil mark that someone left on the floor. That was so kind of Kal!
